Does anyone rinse after each pass?

I used to do that, when I realised that there is no point.

I lather up and when I remove all the lather from my face, I lather up again.

Yep I rinse after each pass, can't say why just do, perhaps to add more water/slickness to the face. I would much rather do this though after the shave.

I don't do a full rinse, more a wet wipe with my off hand to see how well the pass has gone.

Nope, skin is still slick with soap residue which I like to keep as well as not water down any incoming lather.

Yeah I rinse and wipe, I can then assess the situation, check for any bits I've missed, spot any nicks and weepers much easier to prepare for the next pass. It takes a few seconds at most to grab the flannel from the sink and wipe.

Yup I'm a rinser. And change the water. It's just a 'I like to be' clean thing.
