Mon 3rd April
RazoRock Syn. 24mm
P & B Spitfire
RR Hawk SE
Schick Proline [ 3 ]
Alum rub/Rinse off
Jaguar Prestige A/S Lotion

My Third Shave with the Hawk, which I find handles better with a heavier handle. I am finding it to be fairly aggressive , and certainly has a lot of blade feel. A light touch is needed, as I felt it could really bite when working round the Chin. The finished Shave was pretty good, and though I felt sore on my cheeks where Against the Grain strokes dug deep, I avoided bloodshed.
I cannot see me using this Razor a lot, certainly will not be my choice when after a guaranteed safe close Shave.

Brush: Vie Long 04503
Razor: Hone Type 15 w/ Astra SP (3)
Soap: I Coloniali
Post: Al Rehab Sultan

A sleepy post-Wrestlemania 33 (guilty pleasure) shave today so went mild with the razor. The Astra was ok in the Hone, third and final use of the blade. The Vie Long has broken in very nicely, just a small bit of residual stink left, a nice and soft brush, tiniest bit of scritch but nothing unpleasant. Using a favourite soap of mine, unfortunately discontinued so each use is one more final use, wish I picked up a refill for it. I will however still enjoy it. Topped off quite nicely with Al Rehab Sultan.

I don't see a lot of Autostrop action here, I don't know if it's a blades issue or lousy shaves. I get one great beard and head shave with the VC1 and a Feather (The GEMs last two full shaves). I'd use it more often if I didn't have to change blades every time. Next time I'll treat it as the adjustable it is and back off a bit and see how she does. Beautifully close and drama free shave.

I am sure you are aware of the difference between the different Personna Tungsten blade so I'll post this for those who may be interested.

The Tungsten blades on the left are the most sot after blades. Many people get as many as 30 shaves from just one blade. These are very hard to find and expensive when you do find them.
The blades on the right are also very good blades. In my opinion the won't last as long as the pure Tungsten blades. I believe they will last longer than the usual blades one would purchase.
These are also difficult to find, and expensive when you do find them, however, not as expensive are the pure Tungsten blade. IMO
@semperfi45 - great information; I knew some but not all of above. Thanks for cluing me up.

Pre: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: Simpson Chubby 2 Super Badger
Soap: Shaver Heaven Arctic Mango
Razor: ATT Kronos M2
Blade: Personna Lab Blue (2)
Post: Myrsol Emulsion
EDT: Knize 10

Lovely refreshing shave. The Shaver Heaven Arctic Mango has a beautiful tropical fruit scent, with a nice touch of menthol to cool things down. I always get a very slick lather from this soap.
The Musk in the soap matched nicely with the Knize 10.

Pre Shave: Hot Shower, L'Oreal Hydra Power Face Wash and Proraso Red
Razor: Gillette Fatboy F2 Adjustable (6)
Blade: Polsilver (#1)
Brush: Kent BLK4
Soap: LEA Classic
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Humphreys witch hazel
AS: Lucky Tiger Bay Rum

A late shave today as I was expecting my re-plated Fatboy to arrive today, which it did! It has been a while since I shaved with it so it is hard to say if it is any better or worse for the re-plate. I was not disappointed with the shave, the end result was a nice close shave, it still shaves well, so I suppose that means it is no worse for the re-plate.

I was in two minds about getting it re-plated, but now it is done I am really pleased with the result, it looks great now, but it will probably be the only razor I will get re-plated.
