SOTD : Saturday 27th January - Friday 2nd February 2018.

Friday 2nd February

Olive Oil Soap and RSC Facial Scrub
Vitos Pre Shave Cream
Lea Shave Stick
Omega 10029 Boar Brush
Merkur 37C with a Treet Tez Carbon Steel Blade
Alum Block and Rinse
Homemade Buttermix
Brut Alaska AS

An early start this morning as I am finishing the week with a UKAS inspection in work:(

3 passes for a lovely BBS shave. I just hope the rest of the day goes as well!
Good luck Brian!

Thursday 1st February

RazoRock 400
Pre De Province 63 soap
Rockwell 6C plate 4
SuperMax Blue Diamond Titanium (2)
Lime witch hazel
Pre De Province 63 Balm

A very satisfying result from this set up
It's always a pleasure to use No63. Lathers like a dream and smells lovely, protection and cushion are excellent
First use of the matching balm thanks to @Rohleder. It goes on easy and absorbs without any greasy residue. The scent matches the soap spot on too.

Friday

Tabac Original
RazoRock Disrupter 22mm
Face lather
PAL Injectomatic Golden
Schick Proline B
Thayer's Rose Petal and Aloe Vera
Tabac Original after shave

A perfect shave with the Injectomatic this morning. 2 passes would have done; but why deny yourself? Especially since I don't like wasting soap. So, smooth as the proverbial. This is my second shave with the Injectomatic and it really is a great bit of kit; a definite keeper.

Fri 2nd Feb.

Stirling Syn. 26mm
Lea Classic cream
Supply SE V1 with V2 plate 3
Schick Proline [3 ]
Lea Classic A/S Lotion
Lea sensitive A/S Balsam

Now that I have a V2 plate 3 fitted to the Original ,it is like a new Razor. I am therefore trying
it out over consecutive Shaves to see if any problems arise.

Used the Lea Cream today to see if Razor clogging was a problem , I do always check my
Razors anyway and rinse as required. The Shave again was smooth and with no problems
along the way, I was rewarded with a Great Close all round finish. This is beginning to look like
a Razor that could be easily used as a Daily Shaver.

The light bulb in my bathroom refused to work this morning so I did not have good lighting and I was in a rush to get to the train station so I didn't have the best of shaves it has to be said! I nicked my top lip and just ended with a DFS and not my normal BBS. Tomorrow is another day! :)

Wishing you all a good day :)
