Menthol cream recommendations

If you are living in the UK, there is no point to discuss and introduce Ingrams, Palmolive cream and stick. Because they are cheap and available at the shops, Just go and buy a tube, it's £2 something and if you like it great! if you don't, then the £2 something will not break the bank.

I have some Williams mentholated cream and that's nice and cool and performs well. Doesn't freeze your face but nice and brisk washing with cold water afterwards. Only issue is its not found in the UK as far as I know...

I'd forgotten proraso blue - yes, just a hint of menthol, but it is a fantastic performer and scent

I have never even noticed the hint of menthol in the Proarso Blue. That said, it's my favorite of the Proraso soaps, and well worth owning.

If you are ever in Italy, go berserk on acquisitions of it. Large tubes are about 2.5 euros. And the Omega 48 boar brush (rebranded as Proraso), is about 6 euros in most supermarkets.

I note you've already used it but, like Graeme, I couldn't let a menthol cream thread go past without praising Ingram. Excellent stuff and so easily available in the UK I've never felt the need to try an alternative. Not being bothered about fancy scents I like how it smells too. From what I've read Kent cream gets good reviews but I've never tried it.

Have used LEA and that's the strongest menthol I have used so far, not a face freezer but definitely noticeable.

I found the Kent menthol barely noticeable.
I've had 3 shaves with the Kent now - I find it pretty cold for my tastes, certainly colder than proraso green. It doesn't seem very cold at first, but by the end of 2 or 3 passed I'm feeling it. It's a great cream. Sounds like the LEA menthol might be stronger than I would want

Well..First..The Tubes are Full of Water..A Quarter at Least..It Also Leaves the Sink Like a Manky Grease Pit..Its a Great Menthol Smell by the Way..:)

I see, to be honest I didn't noticed the Manky grease pit but having said that I haven't used Ingrams almost a year now due to high number of soaps and creams in circulation. I had a runny tube once and to be fair it didn't look very good, however the statement from Ingrams said it's perfectly safe to use but it didn't look good. Nevertheless it's a good cream in my opinion.

where is the best place to order?

I'm usually in France a couple of times a year, its available there in most supermarkets and pharmacies and I normally pick up a tube when needed, not sure of there is an online source or not.

There's also a Spanish version of Williams shaving cream, haven't used this one myself, but there are places to order this version online, such as here:
