Tuff Green A/S Lotion

After a good Shave with The General yesterday, I reverted to Vintage SE using one of my favourites.
As good as the Modern SE`s might be, there is something very satisfying about getting a good Shave
from a Vintage SE/Injector. Somehow they seem to offer more of a challenge, than the likes of The General which I now know will give me a great shave without too much effort.

Today, aided by a good lather from the Vitos I got a very smooth and comfortable shave with the ER.
In fact I am tempted to say that the quality of Shave was equal to, if not better than that attained
with The General. This might seem strange to those who have tried and failed to get shaves from one
of the " Streamline" family, but I rate it as my best SE in looks and performance, and the Handle does not slip ;)

Hello Rob, thanks for the kind offer to buy the blades from me.I said the same thing in my post that you have suggested in that it might have been a duff blade . There's also the chance that I could have been a bit heavy handed especially when trying out a new blade.
I'll try a fresh blade when I give them another go as I'm not ready to give up on them just yet.

Thanks again for the kind offer, it's very much appreciated
I'll tell you what, if the proline are not for me I'll post them to you free of charge.;)

I'm sure we can work something out.:)

Good luck.:)

@patw - I've noticed chat here recently about full-on coniferous scents. I'd like to recommend NSS Scotch Pine. I'm not sure if Sharon still uses the scent, my jar is a few re-formulations and packaging changes ago. Vegetarian. Very good. Very piney indeed. Back to the front of the rotation - thanks for reminding me about it. I.

@Digimonkey , thanks for the recommendation re the NSS Scotch pine, I have their signature moroccan sands (red tin) that I like.If I'm tempted to buy another pine scented soap I'll keep the NSS in mind.
If you want to try the Stirling coniferous give me a shout.

cheers

Morning chaps.
Quick clear up of two days growth this morning.
Chose the fatip grande for its non compromising action.
Again I used some of the sample of tonka by calani that was sent with an order. There was oodles of lather left post shave, she really does produce some quality soap.
Fatip grande
Rapira super stainless #2
Calani tonka soap
Omega brush
Thayers rose petal toner.
