The Italian Palmolive Menthol cream is heavenly!

I currently am using the Palmolive "classic" with palm extract bought from superdrug in the UK.
As a total newbie to the wet shaving world I have found this relatively easy to create a decent lather. An almond size amount in the bottom of my shaving dish with a damp boar brush creates more than enough for three passes.
I have been adding a few drops of water during the lathering.
The glide and cushioning has been very good although I must point out I have only used this, the "Wilikinsons" soap and ingams menthol at the moment.
It has a nice fresh feel with a soap like smell that is not too overpowering.
I am sure it could not compete with the "big boys" but it is doing what I want at the moment.
