With the temperature at 30c, this stuff is slipping down uncommonly well:

It's Sipsmith's London Cup. A gin-based punch base that's a bit like Pimm's.

It is not as sweet as Pimm's and has a distinctly more sophisticated taste, with notes of Earl Grey tea, lemon verbena and borage. Simply mix 1:3 with good lemonade, plenty of ice and a lemon slice.
