I've sent them a similar message but stating that he razor I ordered was the one I want delivered, not the one now pictured. I also asked them to confirm which they'd sent or negative feedback will follow along with me trying to seek a refund through eBay. Maybe I should have just used AliExpress!

I cleaned all my brushes a few weeks ago. A soaking with vinegar and water, thoroughly rinsed and then a clean with shampoo. Again thoroughly rinsed. All bar one of my brushes have seemingly appreciated it. My EJ Silvertip has had issues since though. I usually use this brush with creams and...

Used it to shave this morning and very nice it was too. Lathered up the same amount as my trial yesterday which with a touch or two of water gave more than enough for 3 passes and a clean up. Smooth, irritation free shave. It gives a nice slick lather and smells nice. Does it perform better...

Aha, I didn't see that! I liked the bowl touch too - but forgot to mention it. Like you say, probably good enough for a travel shave etc.
