Simpsons Duke 3 in Best - Thoughts

It feels a bit bigger on the face s the knot is bigger. The handle feels a bit shorter compared to a colonel. It is a bit different though but as they are the same grade it's mainly the size and handle feel you will notice.

    Chubby....really worth it?

Hi Nishy, I don't have the other chief but I do have a special PK47 with a Lee Sabini knot. I also have a load of M&Fs. It's hard to choose to be honest, it's really hard to get Lee to make a brush these days but I'd say for my tastes they are that touch better and suit more more. The M&F's...

    Chubby....really worth it?

Back Ot! A Simpson chubby is a nice experience. However there is better out there. Too over priced, inconsistency in materials used and build of knots and finish of handles. On the plus side, you do get a lot of scene points! If I was to buy one, it would never be new, it would be from someone...

    Chubby....really worth it?

I agree. It's quite something to hold and feel. Much better than the mold handles.

Does anyone rinse after each pass?

I just dampen. That way I don't wash the base layer of slickness away from face lathering.

    Head brush vs face brush

Depends on my mood but I usually have 2. Omega boar (pro) or a synthetic for my head as it makes head lathering easier. For the face, only the finest badger hair will do [emoji41]
