    Folding travel brush

Hello gang, I've been using a travel Muehle synthetic brush, and generally I'm quite happy with it - but really wouldn't mind if they made a 23mm knot version. But they didn't. Anyone knows of any decent alternatives? Only synthetics, por favor.

Just out of curiosity - do you use natural or synthetic brush? Once I've switched to synthetics (well over 10 years ago), lathering got waaaaay better with all soaps, never looked back. Also, I face lather - rubbing the soap cake on the stubble first, so it picks up a good amount.

Actually, that could be it. They're small batch hand made production (at least used to be?) - so there's variables in the process. I remember back in the day when we were all raving about Nanny's soaps here I also got a mixed bag. One sample was just fantastic, another was horrid and lathered...

Interesting, I've used it in England and Germany - neither known for good water, and had zero issues like that, lather was nearly as good as from any German soap (they're kind of a benchmark). In fact, bought two more cakes after liking Slatteroy so much.

Maybe it's the hard water? For me they're some of the best performers, zero issues with the lather - have three of their hard soaps and love them.

    Steve's Bay Rum

Thanks lads, great to see you all too! Definitely no longer a regular here, but still diligently practicing our craft, with occasional bursts of various GAS! Damn, seems like I'll need to somehow evacuate that half a bottle of a dozen year old vintage I have left back in Ukraine. Well, at some...

    Steve's Bay Rum

Hello lads! Been a while. I'm back in the UK for now, hence wondering - has anyone heard any updates from Steve, is he planning to run more batches of his world famous bay rum?
