That's a terrible example of a Filarmonica 14, the blade size is normally an 8/8 what on earth have they done to that, stay well clear of that piece of junk. there are plenty out there, my advice would steer clear of the 14 model concentrate on the 13.

One thing you missed you didn't say if the vendor who sold you the razor used tape? if he did and you didn't well there's the problem and the reason there is still ink from the sharpie on your bevel, now re-tape the spine and your 12K will wipe out the sharpie and restore the edge.
