Accurate liner sheet? - ANSWERED

Evening chaps (and ladies); I'm working at present on improving my italic script with my italic fountain pen (a Pilot 78G with the 'broad' nib which is, in fact, a full italic). According to the experts, letter height is determined by the body height, defined as 5 pen widths for the nib you're using, which, with the 78G is 3.5mm, and with lines a further 3.5 mm above and below the lower and upper body lines for letters such as "h", "l", "p", "g" etc. It goes without saying that I could mark-out a liner sheet to sit under the paper I'm using with those lines marked-out across the entire A4 sheet, but that would be pretty labourious. Is there any way that I can use the standard Windows 10 software to do this accurately, so that I can save the sheet and print-out a new copy whenever my old one gets damaged?
Cheers.
