After some advice with regards to trying a new DE razor.

Good evening all,
I currently use a Gillette Slim and do one pass WTG on number 5 and one pass XTG on number 3 with a Gillette Platinum blade.
I have a Gillette NEW Red and Black Deluxe OC that I bought from a member on here but have yet to use it.
Now my question is simple. I would like to try this razor on 2 days of stubble, do i keep the Gillette Platinum in as this is my Go to blade for the past few months, or go for a milder blade as I am unsure how the New will behave?

Stick with the same blade, when you change something out only do it one bit at a time, that way you don't get confused if something doesn't work.
Let us know how things go. :) P.
