The status quo is not working. I am open to the wishes of TSR members with perhaps a refund and try again soon being a good resolution.

One other possible could be to offer the current balance as a gift card to a chosen site, randomly selecting one of the numbers taken so far as the winner? I'm happy with the refund too, whichever works for others

As this raffle is not going anywhere, I'm withdrawing the black Seygus 2016 razor as a prize.
I will give it to one of the members of the pass around.
I think @Melbourne12 should issue refunds for the tickets sold so far.
