BBQ thread

As a form of encouragement, the sun is out (UK) and some of you think you can cook apparently. I have a small stuffed pork belly joint cooking/smoking in the weber right now with pictures to follow good or bad.

Not up in Durham it's not , overcast and the temperature has dropped , no BBQ up here but everychance of the heating going back on tonight

I bought this Blooma kinley charcoal kettle BBQ a few days ago .Hopefully we will get to use it over the summer.
It's even got a built in bottle opener for the beers.
Bring on the sun !!!

oh wait a minute, i'm up in Scotland, maybe see if they will take it back.

Saw this thread after we had finished the t-bone and sirloin steaks so no pictures.
Strangely, I'm hoping it will be a lot cooler tomorrow (as promised) as I'm cold smoking 1kg of salmon, a slab of belly pork, some cheeses, garlic and salt. Don't want the temperature to get over 20 C and ambient can get up to that quite easily.

We love to cook everything on our Weber gas grill. In fact we like it so much that we use it year round and keep a shovel next to it to move the snow.
