Blade for Valet Autostrop

Hi all, I've seen the excellent article posted elsewhere on site about these razors but I'm not sure if mine is included. I'm after a blade to fit it and I'm assuming it will be the Feather FAS-10 as it has the name 'Haine' stamped out of it as my razor has locator lugs on the name Valet. I can't seem to upload a picture so here's a link to one.

If I'm right about the blades is there somewhere in the UK I can source some? The only sellers I can find so far are in the Far East.

You want the FHS blades, not the carbon steel FAS blades - they are utter rubbish.

Or you could get a VC1 which takes de-spined Gem blades (also from Connaughts) which are far better than the Feathers imo.

I've heard this said before. I'll probably go with the feathers for the moment though just to see if I get on with the razor, it only cost me a fiver anyway!

They're good razors imo, I think you'll enjoy it.
You may well prefer the feathers, apparently some do.
