GEM Blade to fit the OneBlade Razor, my Improved Method.

View attachment 33076 View attachment 33077 Sorry for the delay, I have to resize the photos before I can upload them.

So as I said, this won't be for everyone, I just happen to have the tool.

I used a chainsaw sharpening grinder. The stone is the same width as the notch on the Feather blade, you can adjust the depth of notch cut out and there is a stop on the clamp/vice, so that once you have set it up, you just drop the blade in the clamp, with the back edge of the blade up against the stop, tighten the clamp, turn on the machine, pull down the cutting stone until it reaches the set depth stop and that's it. Turn it over and repeat the operation for the other edge of the blade and the job is done. I have tried loading 4 blades at a time and each comes out perfect, the clamp will take more, but haven't tried more than 4 at a time as of yet.
These are photos with the blade clamped in the machine.
