I've just received an answer, it is steel and bakelite handle claimed to be in perfect condition.

To be on the safe side, I found another one without the box but in good condition. There is a picture of the dismantled handle and looks in good order, no cracks. On both of them the guard looks straight.
The box and the papers are from different model pd Gibbs, but everything else looks just fine.

I think it is not a steel but heavy chromed brass. The price looks nice.

There is also one golden, alu Gibbs No15 under rasoir Ibbs. Also looks good and the price is also more than good. I don't know why, but from time to time, you can find some nice, cheap examples of Gibbs razor under the Ibbs name.

I am sure you gonna loved that little boy! Damn good shaver. My favorite DE rZor. Hmmm... Now i think i gonna use it this days. [emoji2]

One question. How aggressive could a Gibbs adjustable be? Will it fall in my efficiency margin. I use the Fatboy @8 and the Variant @4.5. to 5 with a feather, Rockwell 6S@6+ 2shims.
Hmmm... I usually use my Gibbs No15 on N and on that settings is like Rockwell 6S on baseplate 4 if i remeber right. After I get Gibbs I sold my R41 beacouse i got less aggressiv razor but with same efficiancy.

It is really efficient but not too agrgressiv. Perhaps @Blademonkey know more.

As @pj3r has said it is very efficient whist being very smooth, with the right blade this razor has enough adjustability to suit 99% of people.
