Welcome to the forum. I love your avatar. Need to get myself one.

A colleague of mine lived in Evanton, and I have friends in Alness and Dingwall. Am also a Staggies fan.

If you get a chance go to The Gentlemans Groom Room in Dundee. The service when you buy online from the shop is very good but the shop is fantastic. The owner really knows his stuff. They also offer a shave with a straight razor but I chickened out. :)

Cheers Andy. I'm a Staggies fan too. Although haven't managed to get to as many games as I'd like these last two seasons. Could've made Saturday, but my derby attendances have all proved the kiss of death so I gave it miss.

Heading down to visit family in Coupar Angus in a couple of weeks so hopefully will have time to check out the Gentleman's Groom Room. It sounds like a proper Alladins cave of shaving goodies. With you on the straight shave. I'm trying to concentrate on the DE and straight razors is a rabbit hole that could get really expensive if I go down it.
