I received these blades as freebies thrown in with a razor I bought from Bulgaria, are they any good, or binners?

Should be very good blades, give one a go and see.....if no good I will try them

They are Personna blades made right after the Personna 74 stopped production circa. late 70's and FWIW some believe those shave better than the Personna 74. They might even be Personna 74 blades as after they stopped production some of the last of those were put into newer unmarked packaging. I used to have several that were as such, but sold them. Open it up & look.

As @Bogeyman says, they're NOS quality Personnas and a pretty good blade. If they work for you, and I were in your position, I'd see if I could drop on to some more from Bulgaria.
