How do you save money?

Honestly? If I want it I buy it, in the UK jail is the worst they can do to you and at least you'll get bog roll, three meals a day, gym facilities Playstations free sex and Tomato sauce. So if you want it, buy it. You'll be better off.

Loving that ' free sex ' line ... even if it's not my personal kinda sex, but then, they do say we're never too old for a new experience.

Sounds alright apart from the sex bit. I don't fancy getting my horizons broadened inside unless they come up with unisex jails

I save money in areas where it doesn't really matter to me and therefore it isn't really "doing without".

I don't have cable TV anymore but I never really enjoyed just sitting around staring at TV anyway. I can watch most anything, for free, over the internet anyway.

My cell phone doesn't get used much so I have a $10/month plan. I'm not going to watch a movie on my phone anyway but if I wanted to do something like that I'd do it where there is WiFi.

I cut my own hair mainly just because it's more convenient.

I spent a lot on razor stuff initially but now I have several straight razors, one DE razor, enough blades and soap/creme for a couple of years.

I belong to a (rock) climbing gym. No cable TV pays for that. I usually find deals on whatever I'm looking to buy just by doing it ahead of time rather than at the last minute when I don't have that luxury.

I drive decent older cars with proper engines and no depreciation. i.e. not the typical 2 litre dieseasal eurobox on finance....

That probably saves me quite a few quid!
