After some time using the 'safety first' approach of the trusty R89 I have recently gone over to an Ikon SB as my daily weapon of choice.
Ikon SB, ATT Colossus, Muhle synthetic and which cream is the 'flavour of the day' (without tasting)
This particular DE used to put the shits up me as it is without doubt (by my standards) in the upper limits of aggressive and far more so than the OC Ikon head. However with good preparation and good technique I really cannot think of any other time I have shaved so smoothly and felt so good afterwards. It is one superb razor.......................Just exercise care
Oh and it does shorten the life of my blade of choice in a Feather.
How do the more aggressive ATT's rate in terms of 'eat you alive' DE's as I am thinking towards another stainless head?
