Ingram Shaving Cream

lol No way. I was shaving with Proraso for nearly 3 months. It is a horrible product.

Also, the lather it creates with only a small amount of the product is not normal. I repeat: IT IS NOT NORMAL!!

I realised that after I used a couple of other soaps and creams.

In the end, they mock you as well. They say it's a soap, but it doesn't look like that. lol

I'll buy it tomorrow and I wanted to know what the scent is like from those who have already tried it.
It's great!
I wouldn't compare it to Proraso directly as that has eucalyptus, which mellows the menthol a bit. Ingrams just gives the buttocks of blandness a kick with the boots of menthol +1.
As far as the runny consistency issue in the past, the cream was still very usable. Issue now corrected, my sons inform me.

I read this thread and hadn't shaved yet so guess what I used. Could feel the menthol as I shaved. Very refreshing. Love Ingrams - great lather, great menthol slap as Nishy said, and only £1.75 in Superdrug. :D

Love the ingrams but it can be inconsistent. Bought a tube that seemed full of water. Don't know if anyone else has had the same experience.

I've used it in the past but bought another tube from a local chemist recently. It may have been on the shelf for a while, but luckily for me it wasn't a watery batch.

Used it a couple of times so far and been impressed. This morning, a generous squirt (toothpaste measure) into the knot of my Omega 49 lathered up well on the face. Really well in fact: it was a slick, shiny lather with a glossy mirrored surface like re-frozen snow. Enough for 2.5 passes.

Both times it's performed well, really well, and gives a nice tingle on rinse. Still stroking my face six hours later.

I also liked Proraso but haven't used it for a couple of years. At the price, though, Ingram's is worth a punt for anybody.

I tried it and it's pretty good. The scent wasn't impressing but it performed well.

But I can't really go into detail with the performance as I ran into a problem with my Omega boar brush. It's odd. Has anyone experienced this before? The brush was quite dry in a way even I left it in the water for a long time and it couldn't make much lather. The hairs were pretty stiff and couldn't hold water.

I've never had any problem with this brush before. This happened in the last two shaves. What gives? :/
