I'm on a roll, a Timeless Razor with a scolloped cap and both a open comb and safety bar heads attached to a dimpled handle. I promised myself this razor after the debacle of Wolfman Razor wait-list (which I refuse to do business with).
The set arrived very quickly and paid the vast customs duty to release it from gaol, I've used the razor a number of times and it is superlative as other well known You-Tubers state.

You can go off folk you know.:p;)

Beautiful mate.

Received my Vie Long 04503 horse hair brush from Gifts and Care today, it is a stinker too. Given it a rinse in some shampoo and lathered some Palmolive with it, a good lathering brush but can't wait to get rid of the smell. It's not as smelly as I was expecting, about on par with a boar brush. I am a wee bit disappointed in the size, it looks bigger in the pictures (that's what she said). Memo to self, check measurements!

I am also a little bit disappointed because it arrived in a padded envelope with a tiny amount of bubblewrap so the box is a bit bashed about (I did select recycled packaging but it doesn't look recycled), I know it's only cosmetic and something that doesn't affect a shave but surely a box would be better? Our UK vendors spoil us, always receive our soaps, brushes and razors in a box.

Nice looking brush @nolisco! I know what you mean about the packaging. I once received some aftershave from a Portuguese vendor wrapped up in bubble wrap and sellotaped inside of an empty 2l Coca Cola bottle. Bit of a head scratcher but to fair to them, the bottle arrived safely and in one piece.

Just received new Mervyn Cadman custom razor handle...

Yes, Mervyn makes razor handles as well as brushes...I asked him for slightly longer handle than my current 8.5cm long 'Braveheart' handle (that I understand Mervyn produced for The ESC). The result is this:

10cm long and 13mm at its widest. This is made of marine grade aluminium, weighing only 38 grams. Its length and weight mean that the balance point is close to the top of the handle so my EJ DE89 razor head is where the weight is concentrated. The weight of the whole razor is 70 grams - that's the same as the Braveheart handle alone. The deep ringed knurling makes it very grippy in wet hands.

Overall it makes for a very nice razor and thanks to Mervyn for another great job!;):)
