My New brush

Has not been washed yet, the handle is great, better than the SOC handles to be honest not that the SOC handles are bad.....just saying! :) P. ( number 65/180 )
That’s a great looking brush. I’m considering ordering one, but what is unclear to me is, how the knot differs from that used in the SOC. The knot in this brush and the one in the SOC are described as Premium boar. I really like my SOC Boar with the cherry handle, but I don’t want to duplicate it if the knots are the same or virtually the same.

I'm not sure if the difference is that great to be honest, so maybe best not to go ahead if you are just getting LE brush with a different handle and a similar knot if not the same. I have the boar in ash, cherry and the new resin handles and now this one, I do love Semouge Boars, badgers and Bodgers!

Thanks very much. I’ve ordered a Taj bodger instead. I’ve not tried a bodger before, so it’ll be a new experience. The Taj handle is very attractive to boot.

My SOC 2018 LE boar after its wash and first lathering, to be honest it was clean and I didn't get the useal muck washing out with the lather or stray bristles, not one came out and it does not smell as funky as some do I shall be using it and assessing the knot when compared to a standard SOC boar. :) P.

Holy cow, those Wolf Whiskers brushes look amazing. Out of curiosity, how long were you on the waiting list for?
I wasn't actually on the waiting list, despite many attempts. It was rare occasion that a brush was offered for Sale on his facebook page. By shear luck alone (not something I normally get!) I happened to be in the right place at the right time looking at my phone and was the first to comment.

I would like to still get on the waiting list for a custom made one in future because they are spectacularly good.
