Oh well may as well share my four faves.

Left to right. Shavemac 26mm unique fan in Woodturningzs Black/Gold resin PK-47 style, Vladimir Ferdmann 30mm 2 band finest TGN in Ivory/pearl butterscotch, Vladimir Ferdmann 28mm 2 ban finest TGN in Ever Ready style red, russet and gold resin, Shavemac 26mm unique fan in Snowman style Abyss Woodturninz resins.
My fave though the Ivory. I really prefer the two band finest to the Silvertip knots. They are cheaper but you lose nothing in quality to a Silvertip in terms of softness. The backbone is better though.
You have some great handle shapes there Wayne.

It's very interesting that you say that. I thought it was just me finding my two 2 band finest bulb from Stirling so soft, I'd say slightly softer than the Shavemac Silvertip. don't get me wrong , I really like my Shavemac brushes too.

I agree on the Stirlings. The tips on both of mine (26 and 24) to be more like 3 band Silvertip soft. Neither is super in the backbone department, but they both have decent scrub. It is a brush that sort of bridges the gap between the two types.
