30 x standard sit ups
50 x press ups
3 minutes mountain climber
35 laps 25m pool (front crawl)

I work out with a personal trainer three times a week. I always start with a half hour cardio warm up on the indoor track, after that I do 45 minutes of core and/or strength training. The latter varies from work out to work out. I've been following this routine for the last six years.
 
Bugger all now.

My routine when I was 'geared up' would make most people shit their pants.

Sustanon, Nandrolone, Dianabol and Clenbuterol cycles were the mutt's nuts!

At one mad point not too many years ago I was doing 5 mile, early morning runs daily with a 50lb backpack, swimming most lunchtimes, gym in the afternoons doing powerlifting stuff 3-6 reps with weights so heavy I would go deaf from the effort and karate 6 times a week ... sometimes twice on Sundays.

Depending on my focus at the time my weight has fluctuated between 10st 7lb ripped and 17st of rip-your-head-off beastlyness.
