Green Room
A horror thriller movie (indie/low budget), pretty good actually, albeit not for all audience: an amateur punk band defending themselves against some kind of neo-nazi gang led by Patrick Stewart (yes, Captain Jean-Luc Picard).

I'm waiting for the blu-ray of this, looks very good.

Agree with Uncle Bertie about Cloverfield being the better of the two films.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter....different twist on American History.
They did have a unique use for straight razors[emoji33]

Criminal
B series action movie, not that bad, actually pretty watchable
The Clan
The true story of a family in the business of kinadping in Argentina in the 80's
Miles Ahead
A sort of biopic of Miles Davis, despite Ewan McGregor playing in it, it's pretty boring

Central Intelligence (2016)
One of those movies you can have on whilst doing your taxes and you can still follow along.
Mildly entertaining and highly predictable but with surprisingly good acting by the Rock.
A 5.5/10

The Wailing/The Strangers
Korean Horror/Mystery/Thriller, not bad but definitely not the best movie (slow beginning and confusing ending) of Hong Jin Na, Yellow Sea and The Chaser were much better.

Ok just finished Crank2. 3$ on Amazon. Crank 1 was better. ps. You really shouldn't waste you time with the ~30min of Credits at the end. He does open his eyes but I don't think there'll be a Crank3.

Watch Eddie The Eagle film last night. Very interesting - I suspect quite a few artistic exaggerations along the way. Although very enjoyable! Happily recommend.

I watched Promised land staring Matt Damon, John krasinski and France's McDormand.
A fantastically entertaining film about a big gas/oil company trying to screw a small American town.
I won't spoil it for you just incase you want to watch sometime.
One for all the family.....very good indeed.

The Walk - about the Frenchman who decided he wanted to walk a tightrope between the twin towers. Very engaging, well made film. 7.5/10
The BFG - Fabulous CGI effects. A gentle, old-fashioned feel to it but still enjoyable 7/10
