Brush: Vie Long 40503
Razor: Hone Type 15 w/ Gillette Silver Blue (3)
Soap: Valobra Cologne
Post: Thayers Rose Witch Hazel & Crabtree and Evelyn Hungary Water

A nice shave today, a slightly better lather (and less stink) than yesterday, still early days with the brush so still needs some breaking in. Quietly impressed with Valobra, cracking soap and the scent is nice and neutral. The GSB is a good blade but for me it doesn't work so well in the Hone. I keep a log of my shaves in a spreadsheet and I can see how my preferences change, since the start of the month I seem to have gone without a balm and using Thayers more than Boots Witch Hazel & Tea Tree.

Omega 11126 boar
OSP Bay Rum
Schick I 1
Schick Twin ( 2-Japan )
Alum Rub/Rinse off
Tuff Green A/S lotion

Glad to be back to a Daily Shave, missed one due to being distinctly off colour. Used a Twin blade again, but as it was quite New provided a really smooth and comfortable Shave, whereas yesterday tried to plough through 2 days growth on a blade up to 8 , not the best of moves.

These Twin blades really perk up the performance of the later Schicks, though do not fit rinsing lever models.

Pre Shave: Hot Shower, Bulldog Face Wash and Proraso Red
Razor: iKon 101 + OSS Handle
Blade: Big Ben (#1)
Brush: Plisson Pure Badger
Cream: Proraso Blue
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Humphreys witch hazel
AS: Proraso Blue Balm

First shave with a Big Ben blade today, very impressed so far. Finished off the Thayers unscented so switching to Humphreys, the Humphreys actually smells of witch hazel unlike the Thayers unscented which was basically had virtually no scent.
