The Astra SP was fantastic mated w/ the Fine soap & PAA Prismatic.

YSL Jazz, that takes me back more than a few years!
It's a lovely scent

Evening shave.

Baxters of California Face Wash. Proraso Green pre-shave cream.
Proraso Green Soap.
Vulfix 404.
Little Wren bowl.
Schick Injector Adjustable.
Schick Twin Blade (1).
Thayers Witch Hazel (unscented).
Proraso Green Aftershave.
Proraso Green post-shave cream.

Fancied a hit of menthol in this heat so went full out Proraso. Nice. I have enjoyed using the Schick Injector but I must say that the Twin Blades (courtesy of @Blackmass) take this razor to another level. Very smooth, very close shave. And I feel a bit cooler. So all's well.

Glad to hear you liked the Twin blades.:)

Bath/ Nivea Men Sensitive
Wilkinson's Coconut & Vanilla body butter
RazoRock Santal Royal
RazoRock 400 Plissoft Noir
Merkur Futur/2
Astra SP (4)
Peppermint witch hazel mixture
Boots No7 ASB
David Beckham Intimately Beckham EDT

My shave finished with the end goal achieved but the Astra blade was giving me signs that it was ready for retirement, so wasn't the most comfortable shave.
First shave with Santal Royale soap, just in from BST. It lathers with ease, as I found with my other RazoRock soap, Caribbean Holiday. I like the scent, it's subtle and quite refined.
Having not had the most comfortable shave, I opted for No7 balm instead of my recent staple splash with Proraso Green.
The Beckham EDT compliments the soap well Imo .

I'm anticipating some new hardware tomorrow, so I'll show and tell in my next SOTD

@Number Six - the pictures you shared recently from Mexico - were really top-end for me. If you are not into posting here that is entirely fine. Each to our own. Although a different part of the country - they reminded me of of Malcolm Lowry's - 'Under the Volcano.' - yours - Iain.

In the very pleasant river port town of Kampot, Cambodia for three days, just brought the SABI/Mastiff. One shim and Permasharp blade, wonderful lather then oil two pass + shave. Since I'm only doing four total passes with the soap, a benefit of this mixed soap/oil approach is it's easy to fix the lather up for both the beard and head at the same time.

I'm really glad you enjoyed the pictures. I'll check out the work you mentioned.
I've posted a picture in the Photo of the Day thread.
