Pre Shave: Hot Shower + L'Oreal Pure Power Charcoal Face Wash and Proraso white
Razor: Fatip Piccolo
Blade: Personna Lab Blue (#3)
Brush: Maseto 24mm finest
Cream: The Traditional Shaving Company - Leodis
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Thayers Lavender Witch Hazel
AS: Nivea Soothing Balm.

I just looked at the photo and thought to myself. . . "I need a Piccolo"

Is there an end to this illness ?

Evening shave.

Lucky Tiger Face Scrub, BBA Shave Oil.
La Toja Cream.
SOC Boar.
Little Wren Pottery.
Brass General.
Proline P-30 (4).
Thayers Witch Hazel (unscented).
OSP Barbershop Aftershave Tonic.
Floid Aftershave Balm.

A cracking shave this evening. The La Toja cream, recommended and indeed sourced by @Digimonkey, was super. Rich, creamy, and so easy to lather. Perhaps not quite the same level of residual slickness as the best soaps, but certainly slick enough. Talk about value for money. The Floid balm, again a nod here to @Digimonkey, seemed to take a while before it was fully absorbed. But 20 minutes later and my face feels wonderfully hydrated. The combination of the OSP and the Floid obviously work well for me. But I'm at a loss to describe the balms scent. Can anyone with a more refined sense of smell help? Have a good evening chaps.

Brush - Yaqi
Soap - Vitos Red
Razor - DE89
Blade - Tian LI SS
Post - Witch Hazel/Super Drug Sierra Breeze

I'm coming to the end of the Shave Dash 50g Vitos Red sample and I like it a lot, but I'm struggling to decide whether to buy the 1kg block or a smaller one. It's not like I need the 1kg block but somehow I don't feel I have made a commitment to DE shaving without owning a kilo brick of tallow goodness.
I ordered 350g off the Bay...you don't have to go for the full 1000g.

Buy it and split with a friend.

Greetings,

A very enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups DFS with no errors to report.
It's been a while since i last used The Indian Pearl razor, which was a pleasure to use, all of my shaves this week have been consistantly good.

I've surprised myself since i introduced myself to traditional wet shaving ...into my second year now, how much i look forward to my next shave, something i never thought i would ever imagine in a million years ,as i use to hate shaving with a passion using Cartridge razors, making it a mundane hateful task, now it's a sheer pleasurable experience each time i shave.

Finishing the shave off in old school style with a generous splash of Brut Original & squirts of Avon Wilderness EDT.

My Face is feeling cool smooth, & smelling devine.;)

Enjoy your Day, ladies & gentlemen.
