Prep - Hot Shower, Nivea Face Wash
Pre Shave - Proraso White
Razor - Edwin Jagger DE89
Blade - Astra Superior Platinum
Brush - Edwin Jagger 21P13
Soap - Arko
Post - Cold Water, Thayers Witch Hazel, Boots Botanics After Shave Balm - They were selling these off for £1.32 so thought i'd give it a try and i'm pleased I did, would certainly buy again

Best shave I've had so far, not the closest but no neck irritation whatsoever :D

What you said about the Lea Classic soap - they do three versions - the conventional tube, a soft soap in a tin and a hard puck. There is some slight variation in the formulations - between tallow and vegetarian - but I can't remember the exact differences at the moment. They perform brilliantly for me. A hefty kick of menthol. Dirt cheap if you buy them in Spain. The aftershave is great too. Highly recommended. I
LEA also are the main sponsor of Deportivo Alaves in La Liga.

After seeing a bunch of "anything but the MMOC" references here in discussions about the new razors I figured it was time to go back to it. Great shave with a carbon Blue Star, my enthusiasm tempered only by the knowledge that these blades are one (beard and head shave) and done . I don't know why so many folks can't deal with the MMOC, nor do I get why if it was so out of the mainstream in terms of aggression why ASR would have kept it unchanged for so long. Bumpless version, twin Injector shim, AOS Sandalwood.

Razor...Iwasaki Kamisori 60mm
Soap...La Savonniere du Moulin
Brush...Cadman Bel TGN silvertip
Post...Thayers lavender
EDT...Paloma Picasso...Minotaure

With thanks to @nolisco for my sample of Moulin, it is a fantastic soap and was whipped up into a creamy lather with ease with my Cadman bell brush. I have already placed an order for a puck of this wonderful soap........enabler :)

So the lather was top draw, on to the shave..the freshly honed Kamisori just cut though the stubble as if it wasn't there, a fab shave was had, soft and smooth and no nicks whatsoever, the perfect shave.

Finnished off with Thayers and some Minotaure sprayed here and there. Looking good, smelling great, ready for the day.

Have a good one people.......:)

What a beauty you have there @Blademonkey, congratulations! I know I will have a Kamisori in my arsenal, I just don't know when... hehe

Pre:
Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: P&C LE Platypus 2017
Soap: SV70
Razor: Wilkinson Sword Sticky
Blade: Vintage Polsilver (1)
Post: Myrsol Emulsion
Splash: SV70

Lovely three pass shave. The Sticky is such a user-friendly razor - outstanding head design.
I love those blades, one of the best I've ever used, if not the best!

OK where's my plastic disposable razors!
Only kidding, decided after last nights fiasco I would have a safe, easy shave, all my favourites, the infallible r89 with a voskhod Teflon coated, tabac etc.
I now have by far the worst cut to date right in the left corner of my mouth, the blade actually come to a stop with a flap of skin over the top of the blade! Instant blood letting on removal of the blade.
Anyway nothing compared to things I received in the ring during my twenties.
So, I smell blooming loverly, but have to talk through a very narrow mouth which my Mrs is presently finding completely hilarious.

R89
Voskhod Teflon blade
Grosvenor brush
Tabac soap
Tabac deodorant
Tabac lotion
1 suture (only kidding) :)
Have a great one fellas.
