Have a nice day, gentlemen ! :)

Prep: Warm shower and Proraso White Pre-shave
Soap: Herbs of Bulgaria Lavender
Brush: Plisson Maison de Barbier
Blade: Gillette Sensor Excel (1)
Post: Bulldog Sensitive Balm
EdT: Caron Pour un Homme

Great shave again today. I really should use the Herbs of Bulgaria lavender more - it's an excellent cream with tons of slickness and the scent is a very pleasant and light lavender. The original handle for the Sensor is apparently still being made for the Japanese market and I bought one on eBay a few weeks ago for a few quid. It's a pleasure to shave with and the twin blades went through two days of stubble like a hot knife through butter. Two passes and I am smooth as a baby dolphin and refreshed. Trust everyone is well and having great shaves!

Two Pass Shaving Routine..

Hot Water prep & massage with Argan Oil
Otto Busch World Master Solingen Full Hollow 6/8th
Hans Baier Silver Tip
Haslinger Tallow Soap
Humphreys Witch Hazel

I had a Cracking Shave this Morning with My Otto Busch 6/8th..This SR was Honed on by a Trusted Swedish Vendor on his Best Japanese Stones.. Natural Edges Sure Feel Different on the Face to Synthetics in My Experience.. They Can Feel Mellower on the Face for Sure whilst Sharp..Whether the Overall Shave is Smoother or Not than a Synthetic Edge is another Story..I Am Not Convinced but I Do Like the Edge on this SR..;)

I am Dolphin Smooth & Refreshed..:D

Greetings

That's a nice razor you don't see too many of those, it looks mint!

Regards

Thanks Dick! The Barbasol Floating Head is one of my favorite vintages.....it gets the reputation as being really aggressive. I've never found it to be aggressive, rather I find it to be medium and comfortable. It's one of those razors I think the blade you use can make a huge difference. For example, yesterday I used the he Rapira and the shave was extremely mild. A very underrated razor in my opinion.
