Brush: Stirling 24mm Finest Badger Fan shaped knot in butterscotch handle
Razor: Hone Type 15 (Ladas Super Stainless)
Soap: Stirling Soaps Autumn Glory
Post: Stirling Autumn Glory Balm & Marks and Spencer Collezione Classic

First use of the brush and what a belter it is too. Picked it up in a BST for a steal. Not much experience with badgers but it is very soft and no scritch that I could feel, the colour of it just pops! Nice sized brush, not too big nor is it a lather hog or smell like a hog!

I love the scent of the soap but I just can't quite put my finger on what it is. Very happy with the shave, I think a Ladas works well in the Hone, at least for me anyway. Enjoy your shaves gentlemen!

Good picture with a beautiful brush.

PAL Injecto-Matic
Schick NOS [ 7-Dutch]
Alum Rub/Rinse off
Massimo Dutti A/S lotion

Continuing my run of Shaves with Vintage injectors, with the aptly named "Schick Buster", the PAL Injecto-Matic.
It provides an excellent shave, on every stroke you get blade feel to tell you that whiskers are being removed. I would not describe the Shave as smooth, but it is efficient and delivers a close all round finish , with no post shave soreness or irritation. Tomorrow will be on A Schick E2 to determine which of the two is ahead in my list of favourites.

Fantastic shave today. Using these AC style razors has just made shaving a better experience all the way around for me. It has made me slow down and enjoy my shave, and I have yet to get closer shaves, more comfortably, with any other style of razor. It may seem counter intuitive, but these are the mildest razors I have ever used in terms of skin feel.

Scuttle: Steve Woodhead Ceramics, large Suribachi.
Soap: Phoenix & Beau Sanskrit.
Brush: Semogue 620.
Razor: Gillette 1940's service-set Tech head, Windrose handle.
Blade: Voskhod (2).
Post: Chatillon Lux post shave toner.

I tried a new post-shave toner today which I was lucky enough to win in a recent draw. It's lovely stuff, undiluted so you apply it to damp or wet skin but it has an absolutely stunning scent that lasts a lot longer than any aftershave that I've ever used. It's really nice.

Another first-class shave.

Pre Shave: Hot Shower, Bulldog Face Wash and Proraso Red
Razor: Ikon X3 + OSS Handle
Blade: Iridium Super (#7)
Brush: Hans Baier Silver Tip
Cream: L'Occitane Cade
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Thayers unscented
AS: Lucido

Squeezing the last drop of the Cade cream before it goes in the bin, the Iridium Super is still going strong on shave 7. The X3 was a bit of a disappointment the last few times I used it but today was fine, there was some mild irritation during and post shave but it soon went after the post shave routine and it was good close shave. One minor point is the head of the X3 is quite large so right under the nose could have been better, as there was some irritation I did not want to over do it but the result was good enough.
