Bulldog Face Wash
Wickham's Imperial Tonic
Vie-Long American Style (Horse)
Face Lathered
GEM Damaskeene No.7 & GEM Stainless (2)
One Pass - WTG (Slide)

Hot Rinse & Cold Rinse
Novaya Zarya Russian Forest Cologne (as Aftershave)
Jacques Bogart One Man Show EDT
Pinaud Eau de Quinine Hair Tonic

Super! Just a reminder of Super Smooth after using Wickham's forthcoming 1912 soap so much recently. Super Smooth is still a smashing soap, but 1912 is really quite something ...

Regarding the brush, I think I spoke too soon about it not tangling. I had a horrid knotted mess after lathering up. Combed through with a pet comb, it's now untangled but I don't think I can be bothered doing that every shave.

Fri 13th May.
Talk of Travel Razors determined my SOTD !
Vulfix 404 mixed
Lea Classic Cream
Feather Neo F11
Alum Rub/Rinse off
Jaguar Prestige A/S Lotion

As going away for a few days, and read a Thread on Choice of Travel Razors, decided to dig out the Feather Cartridge Razor. Had not really liked it on the one occasion I had used it.

This time I started of by establishing a cutting angle, and used shot strokes to eradicate stubble. This worked very well
with a fixed head on the cheeks, but decided to use floating head on the neck. Near the end of the shave I was able to use longer strokes to polish up the Cheeks & Neck.

Overall quite pleased with the finish , but because I took care and did not want a sore face, I would say that Shave Time
was similar to that taken with Proper Razors. May pack one in Hand Luggage, in case Main Luggage goes astray.

SOTD Fri. 5/13/16
Prep: Noxzema Classic
SS: La Toja Shave Stick
SB: Fine Angel Hair Synthetic
Razor: Gillette Slim Adj. (9)
Blade: Ladas
ASB: Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill
Shower Soap Bar: Grandpa's Patchouli/Aloe
Cologne: Avant-Garde by Lanvin

Good morning friends. Fabulous 3 pass dolphin smooth shave today with the Slim set to 9. Easy slick, rich lather from La Toja shave stick, what a lovely soap it is. This Fine brush is a 20mm and is so wonderful for face lathering it's ultra soft but offers plenty of backbone and can handle any soap. Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill balm provides such a soothing finish, just wonderful. Have a great shave and a great day guys. :)

Soap:- NSS Tea Tree and Eucalyptus

Brush:- Simpson Commodore X2 Best Badger

Razor:- Ikon B1 Slant +ATT Atlas Handle

Blade:- Rapira Swedish Super Steel

Post Shave:- Floid, Mentolado Vigoroso

I have had a couple of days rest from the B1 slant.
I don't think that I apply any pressure but consecutive days use with this razor leaves my face quite sore.
Must persevere and master.
Have a good weekend everyone.
Cheers
