Who was it recently mentioned this stuff on here?

And what did they say they used it for?

Picked a bar up today and couldn't resist a test run when I got in.

My word it's certainly slick, or should that be slippery? It's as slippery as a very slippery thing. Can't imagine it'll last long if used daily as it melts in front of your eyes when wet. Certainly feels as though it's doing something efficacious but what was it recommended for in relation to the daily shave? Presumably a pre-shave wash or soak, and before using a more conventional pre-shave afterwards??? I would think that if used in conjunction with Noxzema you'd be in danger of slipping down the plug hole. (not that I'd personally be liable to such a mishap in view of my, ahem, "stocky" profile.

I've been using this as a pre shave soap for a good few years. It's great!

It cleans your skin really well without over drying it.

I did notice it makes quite a thick lather but I can't say I've messed around with it enough though.

I picked up a bar ages ago after reading this thread and used for the first time this week.

In short I wholly endorse the comments made by @Dipesh. It really is a good pre-shave. Cleanses without drying and lots of residual slickness.
