Shaving goodies in Hong Kong?

My younger brother is spending 2 months in Hong Kong before voyaging to Australia for a year. He said that he had a decent shave yesterday but wants to find some decent shaving cream/soap so I'll recommend a brush to him as well just to get a good one in. I've also stated that there's a good, ludicrously cheap razor on AliExpress as well which wouldn't take long to reach him. What is out there already which would be good for him to try out? Otherwise, I'll suggest things to him which can be found on eBay.

Bribe, badger or threaten him to frequent some of the smaller apothecary shops to buy some Chinese Gillette blades for you, e.g., Super Gillette Blue Blade, etc. I swear by them.
