I must have been one of the lucky ones,I got a Claymore and got used to the weight.Since I changed the handle it Shaves really well, especially with a Vitos lather.Today even on a well used blade the Shave was easy being so smooth that I had no problems getting a really close finish.

Saponificio Varesino Tundra Artica
Alum Block & Saponificio Varesino Tundra Artica

A very close shave today, had a little spare time so really took my time with it. A slight sting from the alum but that ws due to closeness of the shave as opposed to any issues with irritation. This brush continues to impress me, superb brush for the price. There will be many more Yaqi brushes and razors joining my ranks. Competitively priced and excellent quality. I really enjoy the scent of the Tundra Artica, superb scent and lather, lathered with the SV Grail.

Blade: Gem SS #4
Razor: Ever Ready 1912 with Stubby Handle
Brush: RR Aluminium with TGN 2 band finest re-knot.
Soap: Stirling Margaritas In The Artic
Post: Thayers Witch Hazel (Cucumber)
EDT: Aqua Di Parma Essenza

The 1912 never ceases to amaze me. A razor that will always be in my rotation. My first SE razor and I have not looked back since.
As soon as you learn the technique to use it the performance is outstanding.

I love the brush, not only is a good looker in my eyes but it has lovely soft tips and great flow through.

Stirling MITA is one of my summer favourites. A great soap with a cooling fresh effect leaving a lovely post shave feel.

Finished with a touch of Essenza.

Enjoy your shaves! :)

ATT SE1 + Windrose Handle
Schick Proline ( 1 )
Pitralon Polar A/S Lotion

Have recently had 15 good Shaves with a Proline in the ATT. SE1, so it is a good combo for me.Have now loaded up with a fresh blade, and immediately was aware of the need to to take care during the Shave.
With a good lather the Shave was nice and smooth, and I avoided any mishap. The completed Shave was pleasingly close all round which was good as I had to don a suit today, as sadly another Funeral to attend.

Hi @mpf9ret. The Polar is the only Pitralon I haven't tried. How would you describe the scent, and the level of menthol?

As it's been quite warm today I decided to try a cold water shave for the first time.
I have to admit, it was a pleasurable experience after I got over the initial shock of rinsing my face with very cold water !
I've always, always suffered with redness on my neck after shaving, but it was much less so after the cold water shave. I'll see if it continues to ease the redness for a few more shaves.
The soap was a sample I got from @Agent Shave along with my order of Floid Vigoroso and Myrsol Lemon that arrived today. It has a very pleasant scent, I think I'll be buying a tub of it before too long.
I didn't really know what to expect from Floid Vigoroso, but I'm very happy with it's scent and performance so far.

A few firsts today: first cold water shave of 2018, first use of a Wee Scot and first use of a DeHaven No.3, sold to me for a very fair price by @jmudrick, thank you sir, you're a gentleman.
The Wee Scot has quite a bit of prickle and scritch, hopefully it'll soften with use.
The DeHaven on the other hand is a winner from the word go, very smooth operator which gave me a DFS in two passes.
Happy Shaving one and all.
