Greetings,

A new shave set up to start the weekend...

The fine fresh vetiver soap was superb, producing a wonderful slick protective lather with a wonderful fragrance throughout the shave.

I'm starting to run out of compliments for the Ever-ready se razors, yet again this vintage lady performed with great smoothness resulting in another 3 pass + pick ups BBS shave with no errors to report...A very comfortable flawless irritation free shave.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of aloe vera gel.

My face are feeling smooth, & smelling devine.;)

Very fine shave this morning. The Edwin Jagger black fibre travel brush created an abundance of lather from the Fine soap for my usual two pass shave. The MÜHLE/Jagger black fibre is, for me, much less scratchy than their Silvertip fibre, and just as efficient (pity it's now the same price). The R89 made short work of the stubble and the Platinum asl finished of the whole shave beautifully.

Saturday, 15 December

PreShave: Warm water
Cream: TOBS Sandalwood
Brush: Kent BK8
Bowl: My recycled cream bowl
Razor: The Sledgehammer (Merkur 39C)
Blade Gillette Nacet (1)
Post Shave: Alum

Fragrance: Floris 71/72

Loaded up the razor with a Nacet. I'd been using a Shark Chrome for the past few days. I find the Nacets sharper and smoother to use. Nevertheless, it was a great way to start the weekend. Enjoy yours ... .

Tabac Stick
Supply SE-V1 / V2 No3 plate
Personna S/S [ 4 ]
Tabac A/S Lotion

My 3rd back to back shave with this Hybrid Supply SE , using a Personna Blade. All Shaves including that of today, very smooth and trouble free with an excellent close all round finish. Has taken me some time to get the hang of this Razor, and now I have found the blade that seems to work for me, it is proving to be a good Daily Shaver.
