Simply great. I don't think my baby boy's butt was ever this smooth, those many years ago. The C&E cream's skin care is so good that the balm was only needed for post-shave fragrance.

I bought a tube of this last week in London along with a tube of violet. I thought that the latter was a bit weak on the scent; but not so with the Spanish Leather. Quite a good, but not too strong a scent. It's now in the rotation.

Post: Cold water rinse, Calani Oriental Plum

Crappy shave today. The iKon head just doesn't do it for me, so the mighty Blackbird had to finish the job. Also I couldn't whip up a good lather out of the soap. Gotta try another brush next time. Luckily there are some coming [emoji51]

I was watching a Kevy Shaves video, a recent one with where he was using the Wilk TTO and he brought the old classic plastic Wilk 2 piece and for today's shave I used the very razor and was pleasantly surprised, it was smoother and more efficient than I remember it the last time I used it.

First using of the Zenith 28mm. Strangely enough I found it a lot smaller than the 26mm Zenith I already own. The loft is 6mm shorter than the 26mm and the handle is quite small.
The knot definitely needs to loosen up a bit. It does have some scritch which is disappointing. Time will tell with this one.

The shave itself went very well.

Shaving recipe for today.


Prep: Hot shower:/ L'OREAL~ Hydra Sensitive Birch Sap Shower Gel.

Pre:

warm wet flannel to my face.

Pears ~ Transparent Soap.

Brush: Chinese Synthetic.

Face Lather.

Soap : Arko & Palmolive Classic Shave Sticks (Grated.)

Blade: Gillette 365 Stainless.(3)

Razor: Weishi 9306-I.

Warm wet flannel/ cold wet flannel to rinse my face.

Post:

Cold Water Face Rinse./ Homemade Lavender + Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture./Blue Stratos ASL.

L'OREAL ~ Soothing Birch Sap Post Shave Balm.

Another very comfortable 3 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with errors to report.

It just goes to show that with my in-expensive shaving items i can get a near bbs shave, the Weishi razor was passed on to me by a friend, and every shave i've had with it since i've started to use it more regularly, i've had consistantly near bbs comfortable irritation-free shaves.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of L'OREAL ~ Soothing Birch Sap Post Shave Balm.

My face is feeling fresh super smooth, & smelling devine.
