My sample of Nõberu cream was bowl lathered in a Thrown in Stone scuttle, this morning. A fine lather was produced easily with the help of the Omega brush from a small knob of the firm cream. A very smooth shave with the Rockwell razor and a little Bart's Balm to finish. A great start to the morning.

After my first ever Two Shaves with a Badger Brush, I went back to my regular Brushes. Use of a Badger has made me
appreciate how well boars perform once broken in. The little Omega 11126 is a real workhorse and can coax a good lather from any soap, today was especially good.
With such a good Lather and a dependable Razor/Blade combo a smooth and comfortable Shave was guaranteed, with a good close all round finish too.

This brush is sort of midway between its faux ivory (softer) and ebony (firmer) siblings in terms of backbone. The Lords software is wonderful, always a favorite.

Prep: Shower and Face Wash with L'Oreal Hydra Sensitive Birch Sap
Pre: Pears soap
Cream: Derby Limon (face lathered)
Brush: Omega Pure Bristle
Razor: QShave Futur clone (setting 2)
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (2)
Post: Cold water rinse / Boots Tea Tree and Witch Hazel
AS: Duru Limon
Finished with some Banana Boat Aloe Vera gel.

Nice steady shave this evening. Dialled back the QShave to setting 2 as I only had 24 hours growth. Still got a good close shave with no issues.

Brush: Rooney best
Bowl: Korium
Post shave: Alum block, cold water splash and Humphreys Cucumber witch hazel
AS: Lab series balm

2nd proper use of the Rooney best brush, no shedding so far, so fingers crossed it stays that way.
