My very first ever P&B soap was Sanskrit, to date, this has to be my favourite soap offered by P&B, love the scent notes and the performance this soap provides. As for the shave itself, the Charcoal Goods Level 2 and the Rod George Barbarian 2.0 Handle, took care of the 3 day growth effortlessly.

Evening shave

Olive Oil Soap
Squadron ‘The Warden'
Thater 4125/2
Christopher Bradley Karve D Plate
Aussie Spoiler (3)
Humphreys Witch Hazel

The Squadron soap was a gift from the remarkable @TomG. Now don't get me wrong, the man has his faults. Serious character flaws that it would be unfair to highlight here. But parsimony isn't one of them. This was a wonderfully generous gesture. The Aussie bounder has a good nose too. He was aware of how much I like Knize Ten and chose the soap accordingly. An excellent match. And the soap is top-notch. A doddle to lather, thick, slick, and with good post-shave qualities. A very fine shave indeed.
Cheers Tom.

Delighted that you like the soap. And you are an uncomfortably accurate judge of character [emoji6].

Prep- Hot shower
Soap- Loccitane Cade
Razor- Rockwell 6c
Blade- Voskhod (2)
Brush- Semogue 830
Post- Cold water and Lucky Tiger
Balm- Barts balm Amber and Moroccan Jasmine
A/S- Barts balm Amber and Moroccan Jasmine

After yesterday's blood bath I was a bit hesitant to shave today. First pass, smooth as silk. 2nd and 3rd passes perfect. Small touch up and BBS. No idea why yesterday was so bad but relief today was back to normal. Just goes to show even a small lapse in concentration or poor prep can result in a shave that looks like Sweeney Todd had performed it. :p
