On a whim veered away from my planned rotation and decided to give the Type F another go. As I was not too happy with the blade ,I loaded a fresh one. It immediately felt much better and though quite mild, was incredibly smooth and forgiving.
Perhaps the Shave took longer than usual, but I was able without causing any soreness attain a very close all round finish. Was really superb when working on the upper lip and around the chin, which was ultra smooth. This is a nice Razor to use,good feel in the hand and despite the smooth Handle it does not slip and is very manoeuvrable.

Single pass evening head shave. First go with the Stahly. Sharp BIC blade was a very good match. Not hard to completely lose the angle with the mild head but I'm impressed with its efficiency for a mild razor. Head weighs 30g so it's handle heavy with the Mamba but it seems to work. Very good first impression.

Shaving recipe for today.

Prep: Hot shower:/ Cien ~ Pure Fragrance free Bath Soap Body Wash. & Vosene Shampoo.


Pre:

warm wet flannel to my face.


Wilkinsons Fruits ~ Coconut & Vanilla Body Butter.

Brush: Semogue 1470.

Bowl Lather.

Soap: Palmolive Shave Stick. (Disk)

Blade: Lord Platinum Class.(2)

Razor: Parker 24C.

Warm wet flannel/ cold wet flannel to rinse my face.

Post:

Alum Block./Cold Water Face Rinse./Aloe Vera Gel.

Brut: Attraction Totale A/S.

To all the welsh members on TSR..Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus!.


This morning as i was leaving for work, even with the adverse winter weather conditions the UK is having at the moment, it really cheered me up to see my dwarf daffodills are starting to appear through the snow in my small front garden, reminding me that spring will be knocking at the door very soon, followed by a wonderful display of colour.;)

The palmolive shave stick disk, provided a wonderful slick lather for my shave, and nice post shave feeling to my face.

A very enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report,yet again.

Finishing the shave off in old school style with a very generous splash of Brut~ Attraction Totale A/S.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling devine.;)
