Prep....Shower ~ L'Occitane Pour Homme savon
Razor...Ever Ready Natral Angle / HFT / E Bar. Made in England
Blade...Ever Ready Corrux NOS freshly stropped
Soap....L'Occitane ~ Cade
Brush....Zenith Boar
Bowl....Little Wren Pottery
Post....BBA Post Shave Balm
Scent....Tom Ford ~ Tabacco Vanelle ....Oil from Mr Perfume

I thought I would try the ER HFT while its American counterpart the Gem HFT was away on loan, nickle plated unlike the chrome plated Gem but just as good in every other respect.
It was fitted out with the ER Corrux blade which should be called the Ever Lasting Corrux blade, with a strop between shaves it's just as sharp and smooth as it ever was.
The L'Occitane Cade soap didn't dissapoint with its lather or scent and lathered up a treat in the bowl with the boar behind it.
A good shave was had and was left as smooth skinned as I require and my requirements are high!
Finnishing off with the BBA PSB followed by an application of the wonderful Tom ford copy oil Tabacco Vanelle . Job done :)

Wishing you all a great day.........:)

This is a very nice looking setup. Thank you  ... now I have to buy that Zenith brush and the L`Occitane soap, too. :);)

Valobra shave stick
Simpsons Colonel
Ever-Ready 1912
GEM PTFE
Humphreys witch hazel

My first use of Valobra, very impressed. Subtle soapy scent with big league performance. I kid ye not this cheap looking little stick outperforms 90% of the soap world. Also my first use with a recently acquired 1912, I've had a few previously and they delivered lovely shaves but this one, not so much, very harsh... Got it off fleabay supposedly VGC (it looked it in the photos) but I unwrapped it this morning to find worn through plating in a few areas and a dented lid on the case. Will be interesting to see how Lord Fatboy's PIF 1912 shaves when that arrives, I found it hard to understand how anyone could dislike a 1912 but if you get one like this I now understand perfectly!

After enjoying using some DE pass around razors over the last week, I had my first SE shave of SEptember today. :)

Rapira Super Stainless (1)
Meissner Tremonia Wild Oranges Shaving Paste
Thayers Rose, Nivea Men Cream & Acqua di Parma Arancia di Capri

Found the Parker in the cupbaord and it has been 18 months since I last used it (and hated it) and what a shave! It felt a better shave than the Calypso! So smooth and efficient, the handle and knurling is simply perfect. My biggest disappointment is this brush, third one and so they they shed so much which is damned annoying! If it sheds again in the bin it'll go! Great shave aside from the shedding.
