My shaving set up today has been the shave of the week.

The Nivea Men products performed wonderfully, making the shave very enjoyable.

Once in a while i get what i consider a effortless DFS, my shave today was BBS, each time i use the Ming Shi 2000S in my razor rotation it's gave me a sublime irritation-free shave.

A wonderful faultless 3 pass + pick ups shave with no errors to report.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling devine;)

Enjoy your day, ladies & gentlemen.

Prep....Shower ~ Donkey milk soap
Razor....Unknown Bakelite
Blade.....Iridium Super
Soap....SV Manna Di Sicilia
Brush....Fine Black & Orange Stubby
Bowl....Little Wren Pottery
Post....BBA Post Shave Balm
Scent.....Obsession Summer CK

A first shave with this unkown brand bakelite razor......wow, it's like an R41, the most efficient Bakelite razor I've used. If anybody knows what is is please tell :)
The soap was the dogs dangles, great scent, fab lather.
Finnished off with the BBA PSB followed by a body spray of Obssesion Summer.

Have a great day :)

Evening chaps,
Had an important meeting at lunchtime today so wanted to make sure I looked spick and span.
A most beautiful early autumn morning, the shave was somewhat hurried as the electric was going off at 9 am.
Still managed a hot shower and a quality shave with two brews to spare before the kitchen was plunged into .... um semi darkness.
Rockwell on #3
Feather blade #2 and last
Taylor's soap
Razorock butterscotch brush
Dove moisturiser

Thursday 5th October

Birch Tar Soap
3P Preshave Cream
NSS Moroccan Sands Soap
Giles Shaving Co Bowl
Sabini Prototype Pewter Brush
Feather Artist Club RG with a Proline-P Blade
Alum Block and Rinse
Homemade Buttermix
Brut Musk AS

This is the first time I have used a Proline with an AC razor and the results were exceptional. 3 passes for a BBS shave:)

My last photo until next week. Tomorrow is a long day at work and Saturday is an equally long day as I take part in the RTTW to the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire. Probably the largest 'ride-out ' in the UK with around 7000 motorcyclists taking part! Back late Sunday and back to normal on Monday Morning.

Enjoy your day!

Thursday's shave of the day :)

Pre-shave - Warm shower, Wright's Cold Tar Soap face wash.
Razor - ATT Aluminium Single Edge SE1 Razor with Bamboo Handle.
Blade - Kai Captain Titan (Pink) Mild (Day 2).
Soap - Wickham Soap Co. 1912 Buddha Wood Shaving Soap.
Bowl - Little Wren.
Brush - Simpsons Chubby 2 Synthetic Badger.
Post shave - Myrsol "Lemon" Post Shave Splash, followed by Wickham Soap Co. 1912 Buddha Wood Shaving Balm.

The ATT Aluminium SE-1 is a fine razor, and this is not a complaint or criticism, I find the lack of heft takes away from its efficiency. I can get a BBS in 3 passes, but it certainly feels like more work, compared to the ATT SE-1.

I love the ATT SE-1 and I am glad that I have the Aluminium version to add to the rotation.

The Wickhamn's Buddha soap and balm are both great!

All the best,

Chris
