Greetings,

A new set up to start the 2nd weekend of 2018, which i've started off with a very efficient 3 pass+ pickups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

The ming shi 2000s/ Rapira swedish supersteel paired together very nicely, i've used the same settings on the ming shi 2000s,as this gives me a sublime shave with each use. Superb.

Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of brut attraction totale A/S.

My face is feeling silky smooth, & smelling devine.;)

Enjoy the start of the weekend, ladies & gentlemen.

Saturday 6th January

Olive Oil soap and RSC Facial Scrub
Vitos Preshave Cream
De Vergulde Hand Soap
Omega 10065 Boar Brush
Feather AC SS in 'Scotch Wood' with a Feather SuperPro
Alum Block and Rinse
BBA PS Balm
Benjamins Kananga Water

Choice of soap today was due to the fact that we shall be dining this evening with the young lady from The Netherlands who restocked me with the VDH soap. It seemed to be appropriate!
I have been using the AC fairly regularly for a number of years, but only recently can I say that I am fully confident in using it in 'Mission Critical' Shaves. Today.....with 2 passes and a touch up....I had a perfect BBS shave.
I will probably spend the rest of the day rubbing my face:)

Enjoy your weekend!

Morning shave.

Baxters of California Face Wash
Speick Shave Cream
Semogue 1305
Little Wren Pottery
Rockwell 6C (plate 4)
Gillette Nacet (1)
Speick Aftershave
Caron Pour un Homme EDT

It was my first time using Speick products and I was very impressed. A little bit of the shaving cream goes a long way and I probably had enough lather for 5 passes. A rich, creamy lather that lacks a little slickness but provides excellent cushioning. The aftershave performed extremely well. No need for any balm. Have a great weekend gents.

Prep ~ Shower, Mysore soap
Razor ~ Valet closed bar
Blade ~ Feather SE
Soap ~ Cella
Brush ~ Omega 011829
Post ~ BBA PSB
Scent ~ Cedrat Boise ~ Mancera, Paris

A great shave from the Valet, has not been used for a while so it felt fresh and almost like a new razor! :)
The soap and brush were just perfect as was the Cedrat Boise, my first use of this Edp and I'm liking it. :)

Wishing you all a great weekend. P.
