SOTD : Saturday 8th - Friday 14th December 2018.

Sun 9th Dec

Vulfix 404 mixed
Vitos Super Red
Alu. General /Claymore Handle
Schick Proline [ 5 ]
Pitralon Original A/S Lotion

Stayed with the General today rather than change to another Razor Type. Now that I have definitely slowed down my Shave with the lighter AC/SEs, I am getting much better results. Today the Shave was greatly assisted by the rich creamy lather coaxed from the Vitos with the 404, and again the closeness of finish was Top Notch.
Putting in this report after time out officiating, an earlier start than usual meant a drive home in the light, what a delight as country roads are not fun in the Dark.

Moss Anniversary Slate scuttle
Plisson 14 Horn (23/57)
Acqua di Parma Colonia soft shaving soap (original)
RazoRock Mamba/Triad Blue Aristocrat Titanium
Polsilver Super Iridium (1)
Acqua di Genova 1853 aftershave
Acqua di Parma Colonia EdC

An excellent shave with the very last of a jar of the wonderful original Acqua di Parma soap, which the Plisson whipped up well. The mild Mamba was very smooth even with the first shave on a new blade, which sometimes can be a bit harsh. And Acqua di Genova is a really soothing finish; I just wish it was a splash bottle rather than a spray. The eau de cologne, one of very few that my skin can tolerate, went to pulse points on my neck and wrists and complemented the aftershave nicely. All set for having lunch with my 18-month-old grandson.

It would have been a perfect shave....but in a moment of madness I nicked an ear lobe. I will be driving to work with some toilet paper stuck on the side of my head. Just proves you can not be too complacent:oops:
