I don't think I would have bought this razor with all the other stainless steel razors available but it is a great shaver. I gave my last one (standard progress) to my brother so this is a very welcome shaver. Compared to the standard Progress the Digress XL brass HD feels 'tighter' especially the dial, which has a 'sharper' more accurate feel and the added weight is beneficial to me when I shave.
