TOBS - Jermyn Street shaving soap

Good morning,

Any experiences with TOBS Jermyn Street soap? I've used the cream, and although it's my favourite sent; the performance wasn't good for me. Seemed to have a drying feeling, and this cushioning appeared to drop off.

Is the soap a good performer?

I can't comment on the qualities of Jermyn Street, however I've found the TOBS soaps that I have used to be top-shelf. With any soap, once you figure out the correct soap-to-water ratio you're in business.

I found it worked really well and i loved the scent - unfortunately, my face reacted to something in it and i came up very red. This has happened with a small number of creams for me.

As Burry said...I love the scent of this soap but unfortunately it also made my face feel "prickly" and made my skin red. I have similar problems with anything that has Sandalwood in too...And anything that says for sensitive skin, I usually steer well clear of due to skin reaction problems..How odd is that then?
