Travel razor ID help

Anyone got any idea what this razor is? It's marked made in England. I found it in a leather 'binocular case' travel set which belonged to my father. Not sure if it was originally part of this set, as have no memory of seeing it before.
Had a shave with it this morning and I have to say it shaves really nicely. Plenty good enough to use as a travel razor.

I found my Dad's Tech in the very last box I cleared in a cupboard and was very pleased.
